seasons change

Oh nooey...that stuff is falling from the sky. It's been about 6.5 months since I have seen know. I know it missed me, but I haven't missed it at all. I must say that seeing the white fluff as it covers my car window, reminds me of J. Insulation is a beautiful thing!

Oh wait...I don't have a scraper :(

history of your health

In addition to all of the things I am already doing re-adjusting to American life-studying-teaching-studying-buyer's assistant-studying-sleeping-studying, I am also working on something that will help me live my life to the fullest.

I am training to become a holistic health counselor...YAY!...I get to talk about good food. Okay, so it more than about food. It's actually a wonderful experience and at the end of my program I will be trained and certified to help people do the things they want to do to live the life they want to live. The things that YOU could be doing for your health...I will be able to help you incorporate those things into your life in a fully integrated way.

i guess i was hiatus without knowing it.

i'm still working on some thangs like:
_ school....got to snatch my degree from UM with the next month
_ school....learning some new things
_ health....taking care of me so I can do that for others
_ life....living it!

It interesting b/c the internet/e-mail/blogging was such a necessary art of my days not too long ago (while in J). Now, I am still doing those things but I haven't included them in my daily tasks. At first I thought it was bb/c I had human contact, but really, I haven't had much of that recently either.
